The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a kettle, microwave and toaster, and a washing machine. There is also a 4-seater dining room table and chairs in the kitchen. The lounge area contains comfortable seating, and is equipped with WiFi and smart TV. The lounge area leads out onto a patio with beach and sea views. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans.

The small, well-run complex is secure with constant supervision, and has a good security record. Guests have access to a lock-up garage, as well as limited guest parking.
