TV's in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Parking bays not suitable for large vehicles. One parking bay allocated to flat and there are un-allocated parking bays that may also be used. The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braais allowed on balcony at unit. Airfryer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
